I went for a walk and by the time I got to the Sculpture Garden, the sky was getting a bit dark. I made it to a nearby bar just in time to stay out of the pouring rain.
He did end up with a bloody nose. So much, in fact, that the owner of the house had to give Liam some clean clothes to wear while they ran the washer for him.
Liam’s grade didn’t have too many events and no matter how many times I walked down to the field, he was pretty much standing around with hundreds of other kids because it wasn’t too well run that day.
He did come in 5th place in the whole grade dash, which he was happy about.
