Sometimes when the kids say something cute, but entirely wrong, I won’t correct them. But I’ve finally told Ada that it is “CHIPmunk”, not “CHICKmunk” while reading a book together.
The same book where I asked,
“What kind of bird is that?”
She looks at it for awhile, so I give her a hint:
“Card…..”
“Cardboard?”
Helena and Liam laughed for two days at that one.
